Swift Debt Relief is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our growing debt settlement company. This position will help maintain accurate financial records, manage bookkeeping and payroll, and prepare financial reports for company leadership and investors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Assist with biweekly payroll processing
• Prepare biweekly and monthly financial reports
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for company investors
• Reconcile accounts and assist with accounts payable/receivable
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
