Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have entry level experience with bookkeeping, data entry, and experience with QuickBooks. Experience working in a legal environment is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare client billing, invoices, and payment postings.
• Track case-related costs and expenses.
• Provide accounting support to staff.

Qualifications

• Basic Accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Law firm experience is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English.
