The Apartment Leasing Agent plays a key role within the residential leasing team, working closely with property management to facilitate leasing operations. This role involves high daily interaction with prospective and current tenants, providing excellent customer service while managing property tours, application processing, and tenant relations. The agent will utilize CRM and leasing management software to maintain organized and efficient leasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant screening to evaluate prospective renters
• Lead property tours showcasing residential apartments
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
• Schedule appointments with prospective tenants
• Maintain positive tenant relations and address inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leasing or real estate
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities
