Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for fabrication and curing composite parts. Clean and smooth molds, cores, and core boxes, and repair surface imperfections. Assemble cores into lower sections of molds, to create mold assembly per work instructions. Clean and maintain work area to ensure safe and efficient work environment. De-molding cured parts Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Document materials utilized in creating parts for traceability purposes. Work to meet production goals and deadlines Using scanner for time/attendance/work traveler. General knowledge of practices and procedures used to fabricate composite parts or similar is preferred. Ability to read and correctly interpret instructions is a must. Ability to use measuring instruments. Ability to lift rolls of material.
