Assembler Location: Foothill Ranch, CA Pay Rate: $17.97 - $19.97 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM | $17.97/hr. 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM | $18.97/hr. 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM | $19.97/hr. Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of experience Ability to read, write, and understand English (safety procedures, instructions) Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking Team-oriented with strong communication skills Job Duties Assemble eyewear components using hand and pneumatic tools Operate production equipment and follow standard work instructions Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality standards Meet hourly production goals as part of a team Rotate between workstations to support production needs Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Track production data using systems such as MES, Excel, or manual logs Benefits Weekly Payday - weekly pay without fail.
