BARISTA

Roasted Rooster Coffee Shop – Kitchen Kettle Village

Intercourse, Pa | Part-time | $12-$16 per hour + tips (pay rate based on experience and availability)

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic baristas for the Roasted Rooster. This role focuses on spreading happiness by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and efficiently preparing quality coffee drinks and smoothies. The ideal candidate will handle guest transactions accurately while providing outstanding service in a fast-paced atmosphere.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
• Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance
• Create quality coffee drinks and smoothies with skill and efficiency
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures
• Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Assist in keeping condiments and coffee stocked throughout the day
• Accurately handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests
• Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages
• Be willing to help in any department as needed (Food Service and Retail)
