KIPP Miami is part of the KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) national nonprofit network of college-preparatory, public charter schools educating elementary, middle and high school students. KIPP has a 25-year track record of preparing students for success in college and life. Founded in 2018, KIPP Miami operates three nonprofit charter schools in Greater Miami's Urban Core communities. Currently, KIPP Miami educates students in grades K-4 at KIPP Royalty Academy and middle school students KIPP Courage Academy with plans to open another elementary, middle and high school next year.

We're looking for a warm, organized, and solutions-oriented bilingual (Spanish-English) professional with strong customer service skills to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. In this role, you'll create a welcoming and joyful environment, respond to family needs with care and professionalism, and ensure the school runs smoothly each day. The starting compensation for this full-time, non-exempt role is $18 per hour, equivalent to $37,740 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Salary ranges at KIPP are set based upon the role level and function using benchmarks in the education and non-profit sector and allow for growth within the role. Individual compensation will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: relevant professional experience and qualifications; education, skills and training; and market conditions.
