Well established San Jose firm is looking for an attorney to join their litigation department. If you're a candidate who is eager to learn from an experienced partner with an interest in furthering their career, this could be a role in which you will thrive. Previous real estate, business, or trust litigation experience required.
Responsibilities
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Analyze and summarize legal documents
- Expertise in Complex Business Litigation
- Proficiency in Civil Litigation Experience
- Defending Depositions experience
- Licensed attorney
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
