ABOUT THE ROLE

Savills is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our growing team as a Manager Change Management. This role is ideal for someone who blends workplace strategy and organizational change expertise to support clients through complex workplace transformations. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of how the built environment, employee experience, and organizational culture intersect, and can translate that into actionable strategies that drive adoption and business outcomes.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead workplace transformation initiatives, integrating change management with workplace strategy including understanding workspaces and the built environment.
  • Assess organizational readiness for workplace change, including impacts related to new office environments, relocations, hybrid work models, and portfolio strategies, etc..
  • Develop and execute holistic change strategies that align with workplace design, employee experience, and business objectives.
  • Partner with clients, designers, and real estate teams to ensure workplace concepts are operationalized and successfully adopted.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement programs (e.g., visioning sessions, pre-move orientations, onboarding experiences, pilot programs).
  • Create targeted communication strategies and storytelling that clearly articulate the “why,” “what,” and “how” of workplace changes.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance by understanding diverse employee personas and workplace behaviors.
  • Establish success metrics and track adoption, satisfaction, and utilization of new workplace environments.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagements to drive decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workplace experience and business performance
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, employee experience, and/or corporate real estate.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting office relocations, workplace redesigns, or alternative work transformations.
  • Strong understanding of space planning, workplace design principles, and how they impact employee behavior and performance.
  • Experience developing and executing change and engagement strategies tied to physical workplace change.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP) is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across business, HR, real estate, and design functions.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex workplace strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring workplace concepts to life through visualization and experiential programming.
