About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to play a pivotal role in defining and executing the enterprise technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technology vision and leading the execution across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data. This includes establishing a multi-year technology, data, and AI strategy that aligns with the company's growth and value creation plan. The CIO will also be accountable for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment that supports clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and superior patient experience. A key aspect of the role is to partner with various leadership functions to standardize systems, reduce risk, and turn data into actionable performance insights. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading enterprise technology strategy, particularly in healthcare or similarly regulated, multi-site environments. Hands-on familiarity with clinical systems and practice operations is essential, as is experience in leading cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and resiliency programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading transformations, vendor ecosystems, and multi-year roadmaps with measurable outcomes. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and experience in high-growth services environments.
