About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join its Executive Leadership Team and lead the organization's people, culture, learning, and inclusion strategy. The CPO will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values, with a focus on strengthening organizational culture, promoting equity and belonging, and ensuring the company remains an employer of choice in the human services sector. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong commitment to the organization's values and mission, and the ability to direct all people-related functions, including HR, learning and development, and diversity, belonging, inclusion, and equity (DBIE). Key responsibilities for the CPO include strategic leadership and executive partnership, leading the company's DBIE vision and initiatives, and overseeing learning, leadership development, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior HR leadership roles, a relevant degree, and a proven track record in fostering a diverse, engaged, and high-performing workforce. The CPO will also be expected to champion a workplace culture that reflects the company's values, guide change management efforts, and use data to inform and enhance the employee experience. The role demands a relationship builder, networker, and collaborator with excellent communication skills, who can effectively partner with leaders at all levels to advance the organization's goals through people-centered strategies.
