What You'll Do Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Obtain and document vital signs and weights. Safely transfer and reposition residents. Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. Follow infection prevention and safety standards. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding care.
Qualifications Current New York State CNA Certification required. Long-term care experience preferred, but compassionate new CNAs are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, caring, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
