Seeking a California Certified Staff Appraiser, the remote position will perform desktop and field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews while maintaining high-quality standards and client-driven turn times. Key responsibilities Provide desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements Conduct quality reviews of appraisals and manage quality control escalations Assist with valuation projects and troubleshoot complex quality control issues Required qualifications Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred Experience appraising a variety of property types within the coverage area Proficiency in Microsoft software products and sufficient computer skills for report development Ability to work independently and a commitment to quality appraisal products
