  • Interact regularly with Conflicts Attorneys to discuss conflicts reports and responses from attorneys that require additional review, and suggest resolutions.
  • Follow up on new business and lateral new hire conflict issues with team members, attorneys, and assistants when necessary to ensure the resolution of conflicts of interest issues in a timely manner and identify potential new issues for review.
  • Respond to department email inquiries with accuracy, confidence, and professionalism, in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in the development and training of other team members.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience with Intapp Open software, Intapp Walls, NetDocs, or other risk management application, is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, an acute attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with communicating with attorneys and support staff and new hire candidates, in order to obtain information relevant to conflicts clearance and provide excellent customer service.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and meet frequent deadlines.
