We are looking for motivated, customer-focused Owner-Operators to transport parcels from local distribution centers directly to customer doorsteps. Key Responsibilities

• Execute Daily Routes: Safely operate your cargo van to deliver parcels, adhering strictly to all traffic laws and local regulations.
• Optimize Logistics: Plan and navigate optimized delivery routes using mobile devices to ensure punctual arrivals and efficient time management.
• Deliver Excellence: Interact courteously with customers, acting as the face of the brand to provide outstanding service and address any inquiries professionally.
• Manage Cargo: Load and unload parcels at distribution centers and delivery points, utilizing safe lifting and manual handling practices.
• Maintain Fleet Standards: Conduct routine pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure your van is functioning perfectly and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain detailed, accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and electronic delivery confirmations.
• Support Operations: Assist with occasional warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling, to ensure smooth dispatching.

Requirements to Succeed

• Vehicle Ownership: Must own and operate a Cargo Van. The van must be completely free of exterior logos, lettering, wraps, decals, and advertising, and maintain a clean, highly professional appearance.
• Experience: Proven background in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations with manual handling.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile applications and smartphones for route navigation, team communication, and accurate record-keeping.
• Physical Capability: Ability to meet the physical demands of loading, unloading, and safe lifting throughout an entire shift.
• Schedule Flexibility: Available to work consistent 8 to 10-hour blocks, with the ability to start shifts at either 7:00 AM or 10:00 AM.
• Professionalism: A positive attitude, a professional demeanor, and a strong commitment to workplace safety standards.
