Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Rockville. This temporary, fully in-office role supports daily operations by assisting with customer communications, contract administration, and coordination efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with entering and maintaining customer contracts in the company system
Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide support for contract-related customer questions (training provided over time)
Monitor and respond to company email inboxes
Assist with monthly collections, including follow-up on overdue invoices
Support the preparation and coordination of proposals
Help schedule service technicians and ensure proper follow-up with customers
Qualifications
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in a fully in-office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
High attention to detail and organizational skills
