District Manager

We are currently looking for a District Manager to join our team!

District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development & Succession: Mentor and inspire a team store level management to build a strong leadership bench, driving succession planning and accelerating the growth of high-potential managers.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure uncompromising quality and hospitality standards across all locations, maintaining strict food safety protocols and full compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Financial & P&L Ownership: Manage the district P&L by analyzing trends, optimizing labor and food costs, and using data-driven insights to improve forecasting and capture growth opportunities.
  • Culture & Values Leadership: Ensure culture is incorporated and instilled by modeling company values to foster a positive, inclusive environment defined by accountability and hospitality excellence.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HR, Culinary, Marketing, and Facilities to align district priorities and lead seamless change management for new initiatives or cafe openings.
  • Change Management & Execution: Balance day-to-day operational support with long-term strategic goals, ensuring new rollouts are embedded successfully while maintaining focus under pressure.

District Manager Requirements:

  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Requires 5+ years of multi-unit oversight in high-volume hospitality or restaurant environments, with a proven track record of developing managers into senior leaders.
  • Financial & Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive both top-line sales and margin growth through operational discipline and strong business intelligence.
  • High-EQ Leadership Style: An emotionally intelligent, hands-on leader who prioritizes team empowerment over micromanagement and excels at influencing others in dynamic, growth-oriented settings.
  • Technical & Industry Credentials: Proficient in industry-standard tools (UKG, Toast, CrunchTime) and backed by relevant certifications (ServSafe, Allergen) and a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
