About the Role

Syracuse Events is looking for a motivated and organized Entry-Level Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to develop their project management, communication, leadership, and organizational skills while gaining hands-on experience in event marketing and campaign coordination.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate project activities, collaborate with team members, and help ensure projects meet their goals. No previous project management experience is required — we provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Coordinate project timelines, daily activities, and team assignments.
• Communicate with team members and management to ensure projects stay on track.
• Help monitor project progress, performance, and campaign goals.
• Support event logistics, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and team efficiency.
• Prepare project updates and communicate progress to management.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development activities.
