The Epic Clarity Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and transforming clinical, operational, and financial data from Epic’s Clarity data model to support healthcare decision-making. The role partners closely with clinical teams, operational leaders, IT, and analytics stakeholders to deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that improve patient care, clinical outcomes, revenue cycle performance, and operational efficiency.
