As the Interim Emergency Services Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the emergency department‘s operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the emergency department team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize department efficiency
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Providing mentorship and support to nursing staff
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the department

Requirements for this role include:

• Active California RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of five years of ER experience
• At least two years of management experience
• TB clearance done within the previous 12 months
• Need 2 years experience in setting
