Job Description

If you thrive on building relationships, shaping memorable corporate experiences, and owning the entire journey from first conversation to final handoff, this role will keep you energized. You’ll blend sales strategy, creative event design, and operational know‑how to bring polished corporate events to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Jump on new corporate event inquiries and turn them into booked business with genuine enthusiasm.
  • Get out there and build your own pipeline — chatting with companies, stopping by offices, and finding opportunities before they hit the market.
  • Put together thoughtful, realistic proposals using actual BOH knowledge: menus that make sense, portions that work, service flow that won’t crash and burn, and staffing plans that keep the event running smoothly.
  • Build clean, accurate event plans in our system and handle the not‑so‑glamorous stuff too — contracts, payments, timelines, all of it.
  • Become the go‑to person clients trust, keeping relationships warm and earning repeat business.
  • Stay connected with local venues so referrals keep coming your way.
  • Keep events on track by staying organized with logistics, rentals, staffing, and the inevitable last‑minute curveballs.
  • Coordinate with culinary, bar, and service teams to make sure everyone is aligned on timing, menu execution, and guest flow.
  • Oversee tastings and menu reviews with clients to help them make confident decisions.
  • Manage guest experience details — signage, check‑in flow, room setup, ambiance, and service style.
  • Communicate with vendors (rentals, décor, AV, entertainment) to ensure all pieces come together smoothly.
  • Support onsite execution when needed, checking in with staff, troubleshooting issues, and making sure guests feel taken care of.
  • Review post‑event feedback with clients and internal teams to improve future service and operations.
  • Ensure all hospitality standards are met — from presentation to service timing to overall guest satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like

  • You don’t wait around for leads — you create your own momentum.
  • Once you’re settled in, you’re consistently booking meetings and closing multiple corporate events each month.
  • Your revenue numbers grow because you stay active, stay organized, and follow through.
  • Your events run smoothly because your proposals are solid, your communication is clear, and you set expectations that make sense.
