About Our Client

You will be working for our client, an adventure events company that is Australian focused on organizing large-scale motorcycle rallies, tours and experiences. They run a small, hands-on team and are building a tight-knit community of riders across the country.

In Your Day-To-Day, You Will

• Support the founder and team as an Executive Assistant, starting with hands-on coordination of an upcoming event
• Coordinate administrative tasks across event planning, permits, and supplier logistics
• Source products, compare supplier quotes, and help track purchase orders and deliveries
• Prepare permit, licence, and compliance applications, and keep documentation up to date
• Help manage the online store: products, pricing, inventory, and customer order enquiries
• Organize spreadsheets, business data, and customer records
• Take on broader admin, operations, and process improvement work as the business grows

Skills You Have

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Analytical, with strong skills in data and spreadsheets
• Highly organized and comfortable creating structure from scratch
• Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Skills That Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in event administration, coordination, or operations
• Background in procurement, purchasing, compliance, or logistics
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Interest in motorcycles or the motorcycling community
