Events Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for organizing and executing events, as well as a strong attention to detail. The Events Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning and management of various events, ranging from corporate functions to social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technology setup.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Help create promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.
• Support on-site event management and ensure all aspects run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in event planning or administrative support role advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
