Position Overview We’re looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented team members to help bring events to life at Meadow Brook Hall this summer! As a Seasonal Event Assistant, you’ll support our sales and events team with planning, setup, and day-of coordination for weddings, receptions, and special events. Perfect for students interested in event planning, hospitality, or communications, this role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, fun, and historic setting. Evening and weekend shifts required based on events. What You’ll Do Help set up and oversee weddings and events throughout the Hall and gardens. Greet and assist guests, vendors, and clients with a friendly, professional attitude. Ensure event spaces look their best—clean, organized, and ready to impress. Support the event coordinator with timing, logistics, and client requests. Provide occasional office and sales support as needed. What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and great communication skills. Reliable, professional, and comfortable working on your feet. Team player who enjoys helping others and solving problems.
