Circuit Works Fitness Studio in Santa Monica is looking for a driven, reliable, and outgoing Fitness Consultant to join our team. This is a part-time role with real opportunities to grow into leadership and management positions.

What Youll Do:

• Be the first point of contact greet clients, build relationships, and create an amazing studio experience.

• Conduct client consultations to understand goals and recommend the right programs.

• Follow up with leads and confidently close sales on memberships, classes, and training.

• Match clients with the right trainers and programs to maximize results.

• Support daily studio operations with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong background in fitness, wellness, or sales (studio/fitness experience a plus).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Outgoing, approachable, and confident in promoting services.

• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A self-starter who wants to grow a career in the fitness industry .
