Job Summary:

The Gym Director is a full-time career level position responsible for the overall performance of the gym and will report directly to The Little Gym International as The Little Gym of Flower Mound is a corporate owned location. You will work hand in hand with the home office leadership team to pilot new initiatives, fine tune operational processes, and host training events for brand new The Little Gym franchisees.

Responsibilities:

Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method

Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none

Manage day-to-day operations

Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff

Maintain facility and equipment

Sell The Little Gym program to new customers

Qualifications:

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus

Prior The Little Gym experience is a plus

Customer service experience

Management experience

Excellent time management skills

Great attitude and strong work ethic

Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
