This is not a front desk position.

We're looking for a leader who can drive revenue, hold a team accountable, and create a high-energy, results-driven gym environment.

You will be responsible for both sales performance and daily operations -this role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and gets things done without being micromanaged.

What You'll Do:

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and coach trainers and staff for performance and accountability.
• Oversee daily gym operations (cleanliness, organization, scheduling).
• Ensure a high-level member experience and retention.
• Handle leads, tours, and follow-ups (this is a sales role).
• Track key metrics (sales, retention, trainer performance).
• Solve problems quickly and proactively.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills-you're comfortable holding people accountable.
• Sales experience (fitness industry preferred, but not required).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction.
• Confident communicator (with staff and members).
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.
