This Project Manager will lead integration/interface workstreams—coordinating cross-team delivery, testing, and release readiness for upstream/downstream system connections.What You'll DoOwn the interface/integration delivery plan: milestones, dependencies, RAID, and risksPartner with business SMEs and technical teams on requirements, mapping, and validationDrive SIT/UAT planning, execution tracking, and defect triage through closureCoordinate release/cutover planning and production readiness for interface deploymentsMaintain key documentation: interface inventory, data mapping summaries, test evidence, runbooksMust-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Hands-on FACETS experience — requiredProject/Program Management experience on integration-heavy initiatives (interfaces, system-to-system data movement)Healthcare payer domain experience (claims platform ecosystem understanding)Strong stakeholder management across engineering, QA/testing, data, and business teamsNice to HaveAPI and/or batch/file-based integrations experienceEDI exposure (e.g., X12 834/835/837/270/271), if relevant to the workstreamSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
