To drive accreditation readiness for Behavioral Health Care and Telehealth, the full-time contract Solutions Consultant, Clinical Strategy will manage project plans, conduct gap analyses, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Refine and maintain the master Project Work Plan for TJC accreditation readiness, establishing clear milestones across teams Identify compliance risks and dependencies, proactively updating the roadmap and implementing risk mitigation strategies Organize and manage internal mock audits and readiness drills to ensure operational teams are prepared for survey execution Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare project management, operations, or management consulting, preferably in health tech or clinical settings Proven track record of leading complex regulatory or accreditation readiness initiatives from gap analysis through execution Exceptional strategic and project management skills with the ability to influence peers and senior leadership Strong ability to distill complex clinical insights and regulatory requirements into actionable executive summaries A highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can create structure out of ambiguity
