What You'll Do

As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure that our property remains in excellent condition by performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

General Maintenance Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues.
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, exterior grounds, parking lots, and hotel equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Replace lighting, fixtures, appliances, and other hotel equipment as needed.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with property improvement projects and renovations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Pool Operations (CPO Required)

• Maintain swimming pool and spa facilities in compliance with all state and local regulations.
• Conduct daily pool inspections and water testing.
• Monitor and maintain proper chemical levels and water quality.
• Maintain accurate pool logs and required documentation.
• Troubleshoot pool pumps, filters, timers, lights, and related equipment.
• Ensure the pool area remains safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

✅ Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification – Required Before Hire

✅ Experience with general building maintenance, including:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC
• Carpentry
• Painting and drywall repairs

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors

✅ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Schedule
