Lawson Home Services is looking for highly motivated in-home sales professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners live in greener, healthier, and more energy-efficient homes.

We are the authorized Dr. Energy Saver dealer for Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, specializing in whole-home energy solutionsfrom attic to basement. With a solid reputation, industry-leading training, and company-provided leads, we offer a rewarding sales opportunity for the right individual.

What Youll Do:

• Run in-home sales appointments with pre-set leads
• Educate homeowners on energy-efficient solutions and improvements
• Build trust and rapport through consultative selling techniques
• Present proposals using laptop-based presentation tools
• Follow a proven sales process from initial contact to contract signing
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution

What Were Looking For:

• A charismatic communicator who thrives on interaction with others
• Proven success in home improvement sales (e.g., windows, insulation, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, etc.)
• Ability to close deals without high-pressure tactics
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, presentation tools, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within our service area
• A self-starter who connects with our core values
