We’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Talent Manager to collaborate with our talent team, advocate for talent, and forge impactful partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, quick on their feet, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where new opportunities arise daily. You’ll manage talent relationships, negotiate deals, and play a hands‑on role in campaigns that shape the future of social influence. If you’re hungry to grow, love building relationships, and have the instinct to move when opportunity strikes, this role was built for you. A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the extra time when it counts are key — you’ll do whatever it takes to drive your talent toward success. Documentation: Update internal apps (Asana, Notion, Google Docs) and maintain relevant documents for influencers, ensuring all information is current and accessible. Communication: Respond to inquiries in influencer group chats quickly, fostering a supportive and engaged community. Brand Collaboration: Establish and maintain regular communication between brand partners and influencers, actively sourcing and negotiating new partnerships. Content Strategy: Create an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to drive brand awareness and engagement continuously. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor influencer content to ensure adherence to brand voice and campaign guidelines. Campaign Analysis: Set goals, track conversions, and measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. Negotiation: Negotiate partnerships and contracts with brands to protect the best interests of creators. LTK Management: Manage LTK programming and create digital assets for your roster using Canva. Meetings and Travel: Attend meetings as required and travel to activations as needed. Additional Tasks: Undertake other tasks as necessary to support the team and achieve objectives. Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with influencers to discuss achievements, areas for growth, and future goals. Content Optimization: Provide feedback on influencer content to optimize engagement and performance based on analytics. Training and Development: Offer training sessions or resources to help influencers improve their content creation skills and brand partnerships. Crisis Management: Address any issues or crises that arise with influencers or brand partnerships promptly and professionally. Budget Management: Oversee the budget for influencer campaigns, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Reporting: Prepare reports summarizing campaign performance, influencer activities, and insights for internal stakeholders. Social Media Engagement: Engage with influencers’ content on social media to foster relationships and promote a sense of community. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years of hands‑on talent management with a successful track record in guiding creators. Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities, along with a deep understanding of digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Drive: A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Vision: A creative strategist with marketing insight and a keen awareness of pop culture, eager to brainstorm innovative ideas.
