Salary Range: $19 to $25 per hour

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Insulation Installers. As an Insulation Installer, you will play a crucial role in creating comfortable and energy-efficient living spaces for our valued customers.

Job Overview:

As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing insulation in various work areas of residential homes, with a primary focus on attics and crawl spaces. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure that insulation is installed efficiently and meets industry standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

- Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, cellulose, or mineral wool, in residential homes.

- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces, ensuring a proper fit and coverage.

- Seal gaps or cracks in walls, ceilings, and floors to prevent air leakage.

- Use tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete insulation installation tasks.

- Follow established guidelines and safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient workflow.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions regarding the insulation installation process.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
