We’re expanding our team in Las Vegas and North Las Vegas and are looking for responsible, self-motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career in insurance.

Position Overview

As a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent , you’ll help customers find the best coverage for their auto, home, and renters insurance needs. No prior experience is necessary — we provide complete training and licensing support to help you become a licensed insurance professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and purchasing property and casualty insurance policies
• Provide accurate quotes from multiple carriers and explain policy details clearly
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service before and after the sale
• Manage renewals, payments, and policy changes
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus
• Must be willing to complete insurance licensing training (provided by the company)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission opportunities once licensed (can Raise your pay to equivalent to almost $30.00/hr!)
