IT Pacs Systems Administrator

Our client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking an IT Pacs Systems Administrator to join their team. This role is essential for providing basic system administration of the systems utilized for display, retention, and management of medical imaging data.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic system administration for Pacs systems.
• Ensure the functionality and reliability of medical imaging systems.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support imaging needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pacs.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Participate in training and support for end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in Medical Imaging, computer science, Health Informatics, or clinical imaging technology.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical or clinical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging systems, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• 100% onsite position

Compensation

• $38.34 - $63.26/hour
