Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support stakeholder data management and visualization efforts. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in data tools who is eager to expand their technical skills while contributing to high-impact organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making, assisting with stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the annual portfolio audit process across the USGC space.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in managing and organizing stakeholder data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
- Support data analysis efforts to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in the annual USGC portfolio audit exercise by:
- Coordinating outreach to stakeholders
- Tracking responses and maintaining audit records
- Responding to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Document feedback and compile lessons learned to improve future audit cycles
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing data needs and reporting requirements
- Continuously build knowledge of data tools, processes, and best practices
Required Skills - Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Foundational familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills - Basic experience working with datasets and performing data analysis
- Familiarity with Excel or other data management tools
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement or client-facing communication
- Understanding of data governance or audit processes (a plus, not required)
