One-year contract opportunity supporting global learning operations, the role requires local candidates able to work a hybrid schedule (Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite).
This position focuses on administering and supporting enterprise Learning Management System operations, with primary responsibility for managing learning content, programs, users, reporting, and system functionality within Workday Learning. The role will play a key part in the transition from SuccessFactors LMS to Workday Learning, partnering with instructional designers, learning teams, HRIS, and IT to ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and ongoing system optimization.
Key responsibilities include coordinating LMS projects, troubleshooting escalated issues, managing testing cycles, maintaining best practices and documentation, supporting global stakeholders, and driving user adoption and learning enablement.
The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of corporate LMS administration experience , strong Workday Learning expertise, project-based execution skills, and a solid understanding of the e-learning lifecycle and training administration processes.
