The New Graduate Nurse position at Missouri Baptist Medical Center is available for all student nurses graduating in 2026 or earlier with their ADN, BSN or MSN, and going into their first RN role. This will connect students directly to our Graduate Nurse recruitment team, who is committed to helping new graduates navigate the Staff Nurse application process.
