Operating Room Assistant -(3305293) Description Under the direct supervision of the Perioperative nurse and the Team Leader, the Operating Room Assistant is responsible for transporting patients, cleaning ORs, maintaining a clean environment, moving equipment, delivery of specimens, second scrubbing PRN, and other duties as assigned. The ORA functions as a member of the Perioperative Nursing team who has specific knowledge, skills and training to work in an Operating Room Environment.

Qualifications

1. High school graduate or equivalent

2. Able to read, understand and write English

3. Successful completion of Hospital Orientation Successful completion of Departmental Orientation and Training
