External job applicants with a confirmed positive drug or alcohol test result shall be denied employment and shall be required to wait one year before applying for another position within Tulsa County.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with making reservations and helps enroll participants in classes.• Maintain the cleanliness of the Center, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning the restrooms.• Also stocking the restrooms and other areas.• Maintain a good working relationship with the Center staff and outside instructors by being courteous, helpful and visible in the time of need.• Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Job DescriptionREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESKnowledge of Center programs.Able to be tactful when dealing with the public and treat others in a courteous manner; to work on own when given instructions.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
