Ability to work as a team member and assist other coworkers. Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations. Excellent professional and effective communications skills, both verbal and in writing. Ability to identify and solve problems. Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to respect the need for confidentiality in all duties performed. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Skills (Spanish) preferred. Experience in Medical Office, Reception, or Customer Service preferred.
