Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our established
neonatology practice in Fort Myers, Florida . This is a fantastic opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative environment while enjoying an exceptional Gulf Coast lifestyle.
Position Highlights - Provide attending coverage at Cape Coral Hospital , a Level I low-risk delivery service
- Responsibilities include daily newborn nursery rounding and delivery attendance
- Flexible scheduling with 8- or 12-hour shifts
- Back-up coverage from home for added work-life balance
- Supported by a robust, experienced team of 10 neonatologists and 10 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners at Golisano Children's Hospital
- Hospital affiliated with a state-of-the-art, 70-bed Level III NICU
- Ideal candidates will have strong prior experience in a newborn nursery
About Cape Coral Hospital - Community hospital within the Lee Health System
- Single-room maternity care model , allowing families to remain in one suite throughout labor, delivery, and recovery

Qualifications - Current APRN national specialty certification as a PNP
- Minimum of a master's degree
- Highly prefer strong prior experience in a newborn nursery
