Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) – Outpatient Pediatrics Pediatrica is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our growing outpatient pediatric team. This role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, physician-led environment. Position Highlights Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience required Competitive salary based on experience Generous performance-based bonus Outpatient pediatric practice Collaborative, team-based culture Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric evaluations, including medical history and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and treatment plans Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active Florida ARNP license or ability to obtain Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification required FNPs with significant pediatric experience may be considered At least 1 year of pediatric clinical experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong EHR and computer skills Outpatient pediatric clinic Daytime hours Family-centered care setting Join Pediatrica and make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of children while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
