Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Tableau to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, primarily using Tableau while leveraging Power BI and other reporting tools as needed. This role requires a deep understanding of data visualization, dashboard development, and data modeling to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design interactive dashboards and reports primarily in Tableau, with some exposure to Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualization solutions to drive decision-making.
• Optimize data sources and models for better performance and efficiency in both Tableau and Power BI.
• Work with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehouses to extract, transform, and load data for reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data visualization and BI development, with a primary focus on Tableau.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, and DAX) for additional reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases).
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure efficient reporting solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
