Our client, in the Packaging and Advanced Materials is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail and a team player which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator 1st and 3rd Shift Location: Van Wert Ohio 45891 Pay Range: $17.50 to $18.50/hour What’s the Job?- Assists in the production and operation of manufacturing process equipment.
- Prepares production logs, product tags and timecards as necessary.
- Operates scrap grinder as required and understands recycle system.
- Follows and participates in plant safe housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment.
- Remains compliant with SQF / BRC / HACCP requirements as per this location’s written “Food Safety & Quality Policy”.
What’s Needed?- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 12 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, on a 2.2.3 rotation, 4:45pm-5:00am
