As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Con’ Olio—providing outstanding customer service, guiding guests through product tastings, and creating a welcoming and educational retail experience. Looking for an energetic Sales associate for our Arboretum tasting room who genuinely loves people and thrives in a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is confident in building relationships and turning every interaction into a memorable tasting experience. Candidate must enjoy starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and guiding each guest to products they'll love. Must be goal-oriented, motivated, and excited to help meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Must be passionate about food and hospitality, enjoys staying busy, and takes initiative. Someone who values being a part of a team, supporting coworkers, maintaining a positive attitude, and contributing to our upbeat store culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail sales (specialty food preferred)
• Strong passion for  customer service and a  team-oriented, positive attitude
• Flexibility is a must and must be able to work weekends skills
• Proficiency in  Microsoft Office, email , and other operational tools
• Exceptional  attention to detail and  organizational skills
• Ability to perform  independent, repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods (6–8 hours)
• Excellent  interpersonal, communication , and  team-building skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• TABC Certification and  Food Handler’s Permit required
• Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting up to 40 lbs

• Support merchandising, stocking, and packaging of our products
• Restock oil and vinegar tanks weekly
• Assist in preparing gift packages and maintaining inventory
• Help set up and work in-store events and classes as needed
