Responsibilities Lead associate on complex bond financings and workouts Serve as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and issuer's special counsel Represent bond credit enhancement providers and major 501(c)(3) borrowers Collaborate with colleagues and clients to structure bond transactions Requirements Significant broad-based public finance experience Substantive experience structuring bond transactions Municipal bond real estate and UCC experience Strong drafting and communication skills Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
