Job Description
This paid mentor program prepares qualified CDL-school graduates to operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. Participants train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Minimum Qualifications
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are available from day one. Drivers also receive paid orientation, paid time off, paid holidays, access to a 401(k), and opportunities for safety and performance bonuses.
