Job Description
A well-established and growing long-term care organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership, guidance, and operational oversight across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to multiple skilled nursing facilities within the assigned region
Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of quality care
Partner with facility administrators to strengthen clinical, financial, and customer service outcomes
Develop and implement performance improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability
Mentor and support facility leadership teams to achieve organizational goals
Monitor key metrics including census, reimbursement, labor management, and survey outcomes
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required (multi-state licensure a plus)
Minimum of 5–7 years of multi-facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
Strong understanding of clinical operations, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and growth initiatives
