SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Registered Nurse w/ familiarity of ACT and working with adults suffering from mental illness; providing supportive services to enhance client's ability to function in community settings
• Monitor and ensure proper distribution of medications
• Maintain records

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Assoc or BA in Nursing in the state of MI
• QMHP
• Valid driver's license
